FODMAP Detective is a free, easy-to-use browser plug-in.
The FODMAP Detective browser plug-in is designed to help you find suitable food ingredients to use in a recipe or food product.
You can choose from many, pre-configured categories and also add your own to your search results.
The Ingredients Search feature scans ingredients on recipes and websites and then informs you if it agrees with your FODMAP or IBS dietary restrictions.
It also gives you an option to highlight ingredients and select "FODMAP Scan." in the right-click menu.
